Lois Brothers

Karis Wiebe Studios is pleased to welcome Lois Brothers as our film acting coach/teacher. Lois is highly respected in the Winnipeg Film Industry, with nearly two decades of experience. Her passion for teaching and acting led her to teach at the studios, where she combines her knowledge and compassion to engage and uplift students.

As a certified school teacher for over 30 years, Ms. Brothers is able to meet the unique needs and abilities of various learners. Several of Lois’ students have found success in the Winnipeg film Market in movies such as "Champions," “El Toro,” and in numerous commercials.

The acting studio offers both beginner and intermediate acting classes for those seeking to embark on their acting journey. 

The studio also offers private and semi-private coaching services specifically designed to help actors excel in auditions, implementing self-recorded submissions. Through one-on-one sessions, actors are guided in refining their performances, enhancing their on-camera presence, and mastering the art of delivering captivating auditions.
